My semi far-fetched theory: Bloomberg is not in this to win, he's just out there to sell his name and he knows this 100%. He has no absolutely no following, he has no energy, and you can tell he simply doesn't care about the actual election. He's in this for brand empowerment: running for President helps his future: books, speeches, media attention...all to get his brand out there. What a sham.

I think Bloomberg is in it to set the stage for 2024. Biden or Bernie can lose in 2020 and make him look better.
I also think though that the far left will never accept him and he's misunderstood how they work.
