They are moving very close to me. There is a 'town' called Westlake that is almost exclusively made up of corporate office buildings. Almost no people live there. Lots of financial companies, FB, etc have huge office complexes there. At night, the whole place is eerily empty.
Navy Federal credit union moved the majority of its employees to NW florida. They resided in or around the DC area and the demographics here are taking a hit.
