That is common, my dad told me he started as democrat because of background, but not for long. He said the more he learned about Dems, exp. how mean and nasty they are, he went GOP AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. His 1st vote was Truman vs. Dewey.
Sadly, my first vote at 18 was cast for Mittens Romney and Paul Rhino Ryan.
But I was still so proud and excited to vote! I always loved history, and such a moment felt really inspiring. Still feels that way when I vote. ?? God Bless America.
You are right, small town, I see occasional bumper sticker. Neighbor flys Rebel flag, not much else. But someone here posted that doxing Trump donors site and I now can find other like minded. Not everyone on that doxing page, like me. I donated but not there. They even outed 6 dollar Trump voters. Dont care in my case. Proud.
1992 - straight down the Dem ticket like an NPC. It was pre-Internet and was wanting to rout the Establishment and going for Perot or Lyndon Larouche was throwing votes away
of course i remember, i have my maga hat to remind me lol
Go you!
Please don't blast me. 1992-Bill Clinton. I was just out of college. Have never voted Democrat since.
