My state is already testing out communism. We have a 2 tier system depending on if you get handouts from the government. One tier just about fully supports the other tier through government barely show jobs and providing so many government handouts its amazing.

Subsidized food stamp program
Fully subsidized public transportation
Fully subsidized health care
Free meals year-round for your children
