the uk had one such case recently where two women that worked at a daycare were released within seven years, the man charged with the commercial sale and distribution was charged, tried and sentenced first is going on ten years plus.
it would take three years for the women to even get to the courts.
even the courts are still locked into the idea that a female paedo is a victim rather than perp.. the most common argument is socioeconomic exploitation - essentially that she wouldn't have done it if weren't for the wage gap. or she had been abused, or mistreated, misdiagnosed, etc, etc because of men.
it's also that because there's no solid way to test nor to treat female paedos.. it opens up arguments to mental health and human rights, which is another reason the justice system has trouble dealing with it.

remember the three eight year old boys molested by a housewife a couple years ago in the states... and how feminist groups came out to defend the woman - after her claim she was 'raped' by them after judge tried to give her the maximum sentence. the decision held but the the damage to the public soon led to leftist rags hiring kiddy diddlers.
