Trump has a huge fundraising advantage he could spend on Google Ads.

Google Death Star cannot allow such freedom to benefit The Donald, so they will claim to be evenhanded, and ban all political ads. Watch for the policy to change when Leftists have the fundraising advantage.

Inb4 leftists ads aren't ads, they're just "political messages", and they're just fine.

The control of big tech by the radical left and directly by Communist China is a NATIONAL EMERGENCY equivalent to Russia controlling all of our utilities (power, water). Change my fucking mind.

Hear hear! Must be torn down or broken apart ASAP!

And no more of this “muh algorithm“ shit.

We need specificity about their structure and process, and government observers deep in every level, with substantial direct fines levied at C-level executives in event of breach, a la Sarbanes-Oxley.

This is doable, and will not break big tech.

But it doesn’t seem to be addressed by DOJ, by FCC, by FTC, or by the states. I hope somebody’s on this.

I seriously doubt there is any algorithm. It's brigading by leftists.

Yeah, I substantially agree with you.

Do you mean “no algorithms repressing conservative views?” (Because Google itself is built on algorithms)

I think you’re correct.

Further, if one considers google a black box, with humans providing the input and the output, the box is demonstrably corrupt.

Google made the box, and Google made not only the algorithm, but the system which allows corruption and abuse by one party against another.

It’s google’s box. They have proven either unable or unwilling to fix that box. Doesn’t matter which, because that box is corrupting the republic, so it’s time for daddy to step in.

There are clear ties between Mossad and Epstein's orgy island extortion honeytrap.

I'm not certain China is the main actor influencing Silicon Valley.

It likely depends on how many powerful CEOs and politicians visited Epstein's island and had their "pizza party" recorded by hidden Mossad cameras.

One thing is certain - our mainstream news media ownership DOESN'T look like this but DOES looks exactly like this.

That said, it's clear China is not our friend.

Interesting, thanks ?. I would be happy with any significant government intervention into big tech’s fraudulent deplatforming of conservatives occurring in the run up to 2020.

Re: China or ?? Goes without saying that whoever the country is, F them. I trust your research.

But even if we don’t go that far down the rabbit hole, one would think there would be room to bring big tech to heel for continued infractions generally. “National security in general“ is fine, as long as it turns the screws on, for example, the compromised higher-ups you referred to.

Maybe said compromised individuals are unreachable, but we just go up the chain saying “$50 million penalty for the first infraction, and it doubles for each subsequent,” and it comes straight out of the CTO’s pocket, or go up the chain and it comes out of Sergei’s pocket.

Fire as many low-level or middle-management resistor losers required to bring the needle back to the center.

Are there any primers around for someone wanting to get caught up on the mid-east ally interference?

"But but but Drumpf is a fascist! If we don't ban his supporters and block his ads, then how else are we going to properly influence the election?!" - the left, probably.

"The ads determined to be offending are not available to be screened. We found very little transparency in the transparency report."

14
DisgustedByMisleadia 14 points ago +14 / -0

I seriously doubt there is any "algorithm". And, there are simply too many videos or ads on Google for a human to review every one of them. The clue to what happened is in the article:

The report notes the campaign videos generally ran over the summer but were taken down by the companies after only a few days.

"After only a few days" is the key phrase. Social media companies rely on crowd-sourcing to do at least the initial screening. An employee doesn't get involved until enough users hit the "report" or "complain" button. Then, they might look at it, but are more likely to simply remove/block the content automatically until the originator files an appeal.

Per Pew Research in the last year or so, a leftist is more likely to hit the report button over something they disagree with, while a conservative or moderate will just ignore it. This is why conservative content gets targeted, and as conservatives quit the platform in disgust, it turns into a leftist echo chamber.

So, we should do the same to liberal ads. Sort of like spending time in NEW, kek. A civic duty.

They hide behind the claim that they are only removing ads containing fake facts, and hate speech. Of course only they can determine what is actually ‘fake’ and what constitutes ‘hate speech’.

And who the fuck is Tom Steyer & why is he on everything I watch calling the President a failed business man and a con artist? FOH

4
Dereliction 4 points ago +4 / -0

He's a billionaire schmuck doing everything he can, no matter how ludicrous or ridiculous, to take down Trump. After Trump won, this guy lost his mind worse than most. He ran ads back in 2017 -- to the order of more than $20 million dollars -- calling for Trump's impeachment, and continues to spend money like crazy in the hope of ending Trump's glorious rein.

HOW DID HE STEAL HIS MONEY?

1
OhLollyLollyPop 1 point ago +1 / -0

Steyer is a guy building lots of coal plants in Asia, while masquerading as a green candidate here. He made his money buying US coal mines. Total hypocrite.

Both of them need to be shitcanned.

Look Doomberg is everywhere. Trump ? Missing. He needs to get his campaign in order and flood the TV with clear ads of his accomplishments. Doomberg has zero accomplishments. I am worried about this ass.

They are being pragmatic about their spending. Bloomberg knows he won't win as a candidate, but he gets massive tax breaks on spending his money this way. It's basically a way to contribute to the DNC that surpasses what he could do as a private citizen.
