I spend a lot of time in NS. They are completely brainwashed. About 5 years ago a business leader died of cancer, half of his obituary was propaganda about how he had not sought care in the US despite his great wealth because he was confident he was getting the best care available right at home. Bizarre. Meanwhile, people up there drop like flies to cancer.

It's run by doctors who pay their own staff in clinics and privately owned hospitals
