Having just finished college in August in Political Science, it is disgusting how little this distinction is made. By law degree holding professors. Obviously we know this, but it breaks my heart that kids are going to universities and this is not being clearly defined, clearly examined as to WHY we are not a direct democracy, and clearly identify the importance of our Constitution and the absolutely world-changing impact it had at the time, and through today.
