You make a lot of good points. It's very sad to hear that people have been coerced to false guilty pleas in hopes of reducing penalties or simply giving up fighting what seems like an impossible battle, and end up getting executed.

What if the only acceptable evidence to convict someone to execution was video footage of the crime? Such as a footage of a mass shooter at a public space?
