I think she's just soliciting "campaign funds" by alluding to her potential (reeeeeeee)run. Only difference is, I don't think she intends on going through with it. Even she should realize by now that she doesn't have a hope in hell in winning. That's barring any election tampering. They do have the Soros funded voting booths that have been proven to be hacked in, what was it? Under a minute?
