I would agree with what you've said if there wasn't a bleeding effect. There's a reason why we've gone from the legalization of gay-marriage to mutilating the genitals of children in under 10 years. Allowing this much social degeneracy is guaranteeing the extremes of today will become the norms of tomorrow. All we do is give ground to leftists, how long before the "conservatives" support trans children so long as they consent? Same pattern repeats elsewhere. Decades ago, abortion was about extreme circumstances and "only if it's necessary", now some women routinely have abortions up to birth and we are now getting laws that approve it shortly AFTER birth. "Conservatives" and libertarians have failed to stop the rapid decay of our society and culture. When does it end?
