Set up a DNS server to block sites and ads on your whole network. An easy way to do this is to use a PiHole. You can block on mobile using a PiHole and a VPN. That way you're less tempted to just use another browser to circumvent your ban, or disable your adblocker.
Consider using brave or dissenter browsers. I am sure there are other privacy based ones but I use these. Brave for my phone and dissenter for my PCs.
