Well there is the Rothchilds, Soros Family, and the now defunct House of Saud under purge by Crown Prince Salman, these families are the most influential elites,
the Clintons are more in line with the Bushes, or Obama in power relatively, in that they are all henchman to the highest 3 elite families.
Clintons are pretty high in power on the list of elites. I think they will be around and safe until they die.
Still not certain if there isn't yet another tier above them that uses left and right politics for broader control.
