Juries are usually 12 people. To me that seems an "odd" number to choose, because it's even. Thirteen has its own P.R. issues; I've always thought, since the Constitution prescribes no specific number of SCOTUS justices, why not 11?
After winning back the House, Congress should give Democrats their wish and up the number of justices.......for Trump to nominate. Better gear up like the first five rows at a Gallagher concert with the plastic tarps, though, for all the exploding heads :p

Yeah but a jury must be unanimous so the even number doesn't matter.
