A lot of hiring managers do not tolerate confident individuals. I'm guessing the manager either felt intimidated or uncomfortable with the fact that they are... lacking. The job will got to another low T individual who will perform in a subpar manner.

My daughter is HR for a family owned company that employs about 200. They do not hire Dems.
Also, this 'poll' also means that 4 out of 5 companies do hire Trumpers.
