They're not going to fight. They'll pretend a little bit, but they don't mean it. I'm not even convinced that they will back Trump if this bs moves to the Senate. Wouldn't be the first time a great leader was stabbed in the back by senators. "Et tu, Brute?"
Never. The Republican Party doesn’t represent us. They are the same song, different verse. They are worried about the same thing all politicians are worried about, staying elected. The media has convinced them that if they are mean to dems then the voters will throw them out. They are so ass backwards and totally insulated in their Washington bubble. How can they not see that they are doing the opposite of what would make us love them.
Look at how the rinos squandered the Tea Party momentum. Useless....
I agree but remember, they can say all they want but they have no control. It will be interesting if this goes to the Senate because the rules “should” change as Republicans have control there but will we get any results? Republicans controlled the House during the Clinton email scandal and somehow couldn’t”t get any results then either. Interesting how that works, right?
The good news is that the few who have decided to stand up and be loud have received a lot of new attention they didn't have before, hopefully it'll wake the beast somehow. Lee Zeldin seems more fired up, Elise Stefanik got national attention from defending against the sham. There are people to rally around, Gaetz, Jordan, Meadows, Collins. They are the leaders of the party right now, which is great.
I'm still kinda meh on McCarthy, but he's been speaking out at least regularly. We need more dialogue and engagement directed not to the press but directly to us from the Repubs.
This reminds me of Lincoln and his generals in the Civil War. McLellan and Burnside and many others were erudite generals with honors from West Point, but Lincoln put the brash General Grant in charge of the Union army. It was a scandal because Grant was a drunk, not from high society. Lincoln was asked how in the world did ge pick Grant

I am too. Lindsey is a blowhard
Adam schiff subpoenaed Nunes phone records. Nunes looked like he'd been bullied when tucker asked him what he was going to do.

The Reps have been great during the hearings.

"Because he fights"
We need Congressmen and Senators that fight.
Fun fact that is mostly unknown: Grant was very much not a drunk. That was fake news, and it stuck. The media is the enemy.
TRUE, VERY TRUE! The same Fake News that gave us Pres. Jefferson and his 'darkiee mistress". It stuck, never mind its not true
I agree, NEVER is the correct term
They have been. And they are winning over the American people. You didn't notice, because you are looking for entertainment 24/7.
