The other side of this problem is that 77% of African American fathers abandon their partner after she becomes pregnant, resulting in a tsunami of abandoned black babies that our system can't cope with.

We need to find a way to make blacks more responsible with birth control and caring for their children.

Im not sure "making" (edit: "make") is the right word here. There are cultural values that the pendulum is correcting. Many minority values have been impacted by the progressive dogma. I'd prefer to focus on the primary cause.

Pointing out the impact of progressive policy per particular minority has merit and is just, but until we all start talking about AMERICANS, we continue the divisions prepared by the left.

Ignoring reality is idiotic.

We live in the real world, not fantasy land.

I totally agree. The tact is crucial. The tactical is crucial. The strategy is crucial. How we translate values into words is crucial. How we relate is crucial. The facts exist. Lack of assimilation into an American identity is a problem. Anything else feeds division. I'm an American. If you feel the same way, we can relate. If you first identify based on race, creed, religion, sexuality, etc...then there is a barrier...maybe big, maybe small. But it exists. And can be used to manipulate you into factions.

I disagree.

Political correctness is fascism - the weapon of the enemy.

I believe the world could be cured if we all had the balls to just speak the truth.

The system works the same way for whites: baby increases payments, IF daddy is not there. And, relying on percentages as a way to avoid the reality that there are more whites on welfare is dishonest.
