Before I signed, it said it had one signature, after I signed, it said it had one signature. This seems fucky, what is going on?

It is a .gov website so I'm fairly sure its not going to be accurate to the minute. It may take some time to see progress begin on it....I'm trying to spread it out in my limited network of people but largely its going to take at least 100k signatures to even get on a desk. I'd like to see it get 46.3 million signatures...but that would be beyond wishful thinking.
