I'm retired, but this is the time when you can move to better jobs, improved benefits, etc. This period of rapid growth in jobs, occurred in my late 20s in the mid 1980s - where if you didn't have a job it was bez you didn't want to work. I made 3 job changes in 4 years, one move from San Diego to Orange County then San Jose, several years later after econ cooled, wife and I moved to the Midwest. So don't pass up this opportunity just bez you are comfortable with your current position in the company - remember - it is just business.

What kind of work? I find most places still want people with multiple previous jobs in their field.. Very little entry level stuff.

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong sectors
