I have to wonder if this was related to that shooting that just happened the other day at a naval yard in Honolulu (Pearl Harbor ship yard), where some guy shot and killed 2 civs and himself, third one was wounded. There was no apparent motive at the time and they didn't release any details the other day when it happened, I haven't looked into it further, but the fact that it was against random civilians and there wasn't a female victim makes it likely to be terror-related, as the random victim thing makes no sense and he died from a self-inflicted headshot, so it wasn't a mass shooter either. Hrmm...
