Why is Schiff, who is supposed to be conducting intelligence oversight, instead coordinating with intelligence agencies to overthrow the election?

At the very least, we should disband the CIA whose primary mission seems now to be about usurping its own government. In addition they are amassing money and power far beyond its own purview.
Case in point: In-Q-Tel is private equity agency investor that concentrates on companies developing commercial technology. Many of these technologies have little to do with the CIA’s mission and, some, such as communication technologies, are technologies that are supposed to be the purview of other agencies such as the NSA.
The thing is that our intelligence agencies, like our democracy, are corrupt, partisan, ideologues breaking all the laws . . . But every other country's agencies and governments are more so. They're more corrupt, more illegal, more evil, more self serving etc than ours ever will be.
We need to support our intel agencies because they represent America in a 24/7/365 battle that never ends against the worst scum in earth who literally want us to be nuked to death.
We should remove the bad actors from our intel community while supporting their mission and promoting their patriots.
I'm Russian and the funny part is that they use "American Putin" as some kind of scary worst case scenario. Putin definitely does abuse power of intelligence agencies in Russia, but IMO we could have worse than someone who at least formally commits to ideas of patriotism, Christian conservatism, pro-family and pro-marriage values etc.
In America, the current intelligence agencies are trying to subvert all those values just as America started getting them back after the rule of Obama and globalists like GW Bush.
Its worse than that. They are spying on the candidate to find out the strategy and make sure the challenging candidate loses. That is treason.
