So I don't particularly agree with this. I'm sure a more moderate islamist reads their texts differently than an ISIS one. As a grouo there are already 2 factions and they hate eachother. I believe the biggest offender is the Hadith. But I'm not an expert.

Point is, it’s very easy to actually read violence out of it because you have to basically make shit up in order to make it non-violent.

I honestly can’t recall if there’s much violence in the New Testament that is much like the old though. I don’t think it’s nearly as bad as Islam.

These are awful verses. I don't think there's a similar call for violence in the Bible (or anything else for that matter).
The Amalekites would disagree with you on that assumption that the Bible is free of violence.

The thing is, even the professed 'moderate' does NOT matter, at all. They have zero material effect on the perpetraitors of jihad.
The Majority in fact resent the adjective "moderate".
Don't get me wrong, I have no idea if it is common for a muslim to be moderate. Lying is part of their philosophy, so you can never be sure.
That said, it could be a very small minority. But it would be a mistake to not recognize that minority for taking a step in the right direction.
Also, I'm very aware that even if they were the overwhelming majority, it wouldn't matter. Nazis were also a minority ...
