Let me clarify. When I say no call to violence, is no call to violence that I know of to force people to believe in God. Maybe ot has that, but I've never been very well versed in that.

Well there was that one time God killed the first born children in Egypt. I guess you could call that retribution though, but that gets muddy when you consider that God hardened the heart of the pharaoh.
I honestly can’t recall if there’s much violence in the New Testament that is much like the old though. I don’t think it’s nearly as bad as Islam.
