But no, Russia is not our ally and they are not overtaking us in strategic bombers. They can barely keep their fleets in the air. They're all old Soviet pieces of shit. They look good on paper and may be decent in testing, but they've never flown in combat. They've dropped bombs on helpless enemies. But most importantly, Russia doesn't have the money to fund any new developments, despite what their propaganda says. They can't even build a 5th generation fighter to replace all their old Soviet stuff. They can't even build their new tank in any significant numbers to replace all their old ones. Russia is a regional power with way too many nukes, nothing more.
