Not too long before he died with a pillow covering his face, Justice Antonin Scalia told Drudge (who directly repeated it in a rare interview) that he would basically be shut down within three years. I can’t remember exactly where (maybe Infowars.com/billclintonisarapist), but the timeline appears to coincide.

Basically, I think the changes are because Drudge didn’t want to die.
