There would be less of a problem if the federal governments powers were limited. Then liberals could preside over their shitholes and we could limit our local governments to stay out of our lives. The problem is one size fits all federal law and bureaucracy that forces different ideologies into conflict.

From my understanding, reduced federal regulations and left a lot of unimportant positions unfilled, probably much more.
