I think we should sue Obama for misusing our money and fraudulent intent with this. I mean come on. The intent of the law is to prevent any one recipient from getting more than $100M. Not so the president can blatantly flout the law by “writing” 13 checks at once. (The 1.3b was calculated as “interest” in the original $400m seized in US accounts after the Iranian hostage crisis in the 70s).
