Alright I was eager to find a source on this. But I can’t the Washington examiner article gets some things accurate but I can’t find a secondary source to corroborate the amount of the payments. If anybody can find something let me know.

Edit:The article goes on to contradict itself stating that information regarding the payments has not been released.
