are they legally responsible

for yelling fire

in a crowded theatre?

so many outspoken politicians, authorities, agents that have yet to resign...

practically an entire party... and several institutions

so, what do the people do about it

We all know we are on the verge of a civil war. Virginia is the flash point right now, trying to pass gun laws more draconian than those already struck down in DC. There are deeper issues, too, but we have people that back the Constitution vs Marxists that want government administered totalitarianism.
