She could have at least used a little Preparation-H. Some old ladies use it to tighten things up, for crows feet and the marionette lines. Apparently it's quite effective. Lasts a few hours. I don't do it but I know some other ladies my age who do. The more you know... :P
This has to be a photoshop. NO surgeon would perform a cheek lift without adjusting the crows feet, smile lines, and cleaning up the neck and chin.
