The President is the Commander in Chief! He has final say and authority over ALL parts of the military. Including the National Guard. Do you know what trumps the National Guard? The UNITED STATES MARINE CORP. Good luck to the Luciferian baby killing governor in making this happen. Some are really hoping you will try.
