The vindication of Gen. Flynn should not only end with his case being dismissed. Andrew Weissmann has to be stripped of his law license, disbarred and do jail time. Corrupt FBI agents and DOJ lawyers who framed him should be fired & prosecuted for the most perverse miscarriage of justice imaginable (magaimg.net)

Flynn binded himself by admitting guilt. I know he most likely did it to protect his family, but I feel like it’s going to be hard to get his case thrown out after admitting to the crime.

I really hope he is vindicated though. His case seems like a blatant abuse of the justice system.

I’m no lawyer but if the thing is still going on, I would think that he could change his plea. Definitely if they prove wrong doing on the part of the prosecution, he can appeal (I would hope).
