WTF does this mean? There is NO requirement to produce tax returns to be President of the USA! The IRS handles taxes and if there ever was a problem with My President's taxes we would have heard about it long ago. The State of NY has NO right to the Presidents tax records for "investigative purposes" as you first need a crime to investigate. The State of NY already has access to My President's NY taxes, and if they cant find anything there they especially dont need his Federal tax records for a fishing expedition.
