That's the same argument. Just reverse cause and effect for it to be a leftist argument. But that would mean that ~%80 of violent crimes would have to go unreported and be universally white people and latino since they are lumped in for no reason. This is all assuming you already corrected for socioeconomic status, which makes a negligible difference. Really, the process of elimination is actually exhausted with anyone willing to have a real argument about it, so that's why you have the postmodern left.
