Yeah John is definitely a shit judge. He can't be relied on. He somehow, always, conveniently, decides against us when it matters most.

I don't feel the Constitution has a majority of judges in it's favor yet. We need minimum 1 more pick by president Trump.

Pretty sure this is why Mitch doesn't want to let Roberts preside any longer than it takes to get an acquittal. That guy is cucked. He is supposed to just sit there, though.
