If they get orders to take on enforcement of confiscation then they should appeal to Pres. Trump to nationalize the VA NG and supersede the governor's authority over them

IOW, do exactly what Pres. Eisenhower did to the governor of Arkansas

Use the VA NG to then defend the civil rights (constitutional rights) of the VA citizenry from domestic enemy tyrants
