Honest question: what is the purpose of the MSM reporting all these fake/misleading polls that exaggerate the popularity of leftist positions/candidates? Is it an appeal to group consensus? All it seems to do in practice is make leftists overconfident in their support and catch them flat-footed when reality dunks on them
