Pretty sure they don't but feel free to keep going to SF and Portland and then complaining that theyre taking care of the drug addicts and homeless sent their way by Oklahoma, Texas, Idaho, and the rest of the country that has zero solutions whatsoever to handle substance abuse and the homelessness that results from it.

Seriously, one or two cities pass reasonable, decent laws to take care of homeless Americans and they really do get flooded by needy people from all over the country. Because wtf is Texas doing for homeless vets? Louisiana? Maybe...no...Iowa?... Nothing? Ah well, let those fruits in California deal with the our national meth epidemic as we sit back and laugh at them for failing.
