Women lie about being pregnant all the time. You are going to leave me? I'm pregnant. You broke up with me? I aborted your kid.
I've heard them all from other women I know, we all have that one colleague with that crazy family or acquaintances.
If she knows you are pro life, the chances she is lying is high. It was her attacking you out of spite, IMO.
