Can he outright dismiss, or only move to dismiss ?
McConnell (or anyone else) can make a motion to dismiss. If I remember correctly, he said today that such a motion was made in Clinton's impeachment trial, and it failed.
And SCHUMER is on record voting to DISMISS. So he needs to STFU when this goes through.
