He’s already “acknowledged” it, here: https://www.armenian-genocide.org/Affirmation.654/current_category.4/affirmation_detail.html. And whether you like it or not, Turkey are currently a NATO ally of the US - accusing g them of “genocide” at this point would be as useful as accusing Germany of genocide. It would be stupid to antagonise them rather than build a relationship with them, and Trump’s not stupid. Plus he’s President of the USA, not of Armenia.

Point is, Turkey is one of the nastier members of NATO. You don't want to be pandering to them.

So, you think it would be better to provoke aggression with Turkey, a NATO ally? GENIUS PLAN.

Have you been reading the news lately? Trump just blocked the sale of F-35s to Turkey because Ankara bought some C-400 from the Russians. So it's an honest question: wtf is going on? Which is it — is Turkey an ally or do we have a problem with them trading with our 'geopolitical enemy #1'? Make up your minds already.

Everybody knows they’re only an ally on paper, not in actuality - but that still makes them an ally.
