In 1789, the Count of Mirabeau proposed to include in our Constitution the following article 10 : « Every citizen has the right to keep and bear arms, for common or personal defense against all unlawful attack that would imperil life, limb, or liberty of one or more citizens. » Sounds good, right?
Well, this article didn't make it into the french Constitution because « the right declared … was obvious by nature and one of the main guarantor of political and civil liberty that no other institution can replace ».
Fast forward to today, guns are rare, heavily regulated, and can only be lawfully held for sporting or hunting. Use for personal defense is illegal and the state can seize guns for any reason at any time. Legal gun owners are so isolated that even if we wanted to boog', we'd be against impossible odds. Of course criminals still have guns and the government is carefully avoiding the issue.
Resistance against oppression is still in our Constitution, but it's a theoretical right that we can no longer exercise.
It's not going to matter for very much longer I'm afraid. Globalists figured out that all they need to do is import third worlders who hate freedom and love handouts to get rid of the Constitution, and it's working.
80% of all legal immigrants, 800,000 people per year, vote Dem for life and want the Constitution gone. We've already taken in over 75 million legal immigrants, and another 1 million come per year.
Real Americans are either going to have to kick them out or accept living under communist rule forever. 2024 is the tipping point at which no American-first president can ever be elected again by sheer raw numbers of legal anti-Constitution immigrants.
