There is absolutely no reason for this to exist.

The 2021 congress should eradicate it.

Take it to SCOTUS and arrest them on TREASON CHARGES!

Let the commie fucks defend themselves from GITMO!

I'm not trying to concern troll. I've researched these fucks. As we peel back the layers of the onion, when do we get to the core?

When something that was created can't (supposedly) be un-created -- it gets very close to the core of the onion.

If there weren't so damn many of them, I would say this is the small group at the center.

Oh, you're not fired, you just have a slightly different job description. Now get to work cleaning those bathrooms!

Research regarding the SES is absolutely shocking.

They claim to be a branch superior to the Executive Branch of our Government. So no, shutdowns won't kill them off.

Started by Jimmy Carter (to create communism, I suppose). It was not answerable to the executive branch, judicial branch or legislative branch.

Then came Barack Obama Executive Order 13714 titled “Strengthening the Senior Executive Service.” Wew lad! Read it if you can.

So an executive order can eliminate the ses can’t it?

It was created by the Jimmy Carter era congress.

The only thing close is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) that is being heard in the Supreme Court.

In the CFPB, a director can be removed by the president for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance.

Not so with the SES. The President can't touch it. It too, will have to head to the Supreme Court and I believe Trump knows the court isn't strong enough yet.

Thanks for the info.

You don't need to fire them. Just give them a new boss. They will resign all by themselves.

The law says nothing about salary.

Maybe Trump could pay them $1 per year. Trouble is, The FED, Soros' funding sources, and dark money would still keep them paid.
