Clinton was charged with Perjury and Obstruction of Justice, and specific instances were given that not even Bill Clinton could weasel out of. And he had witnesses and the chance to confront his accusers, like any other citizen, didn't he?
Trump vehemently denies these vague accusations, but he is being given NO chance to refute anything. It's a completely one-sided "Grand Jury" where the accused is not allowed to speak or be represented in any way.
