Serious question: how many counties are there actually in Virginia? Wikipedia claims 95, and this morning I read that 101 counties had declared themselves Second Amendment sanctuaries.

The Washington Examiner piece says 86 of the 95 counties, plus 15 towns and cities. 86 + 15 = 101 entities
