Ironically, Trump’s desire to stay out of wars and our newly found energy independence may very well remove the international pressures that have been dragging down Israel’s ability to protect itself with heavy handed force. I expect the tensions to come to a head as Israel is surrounded by sand nation on all sides. They will drop the hammer hard and quick if they know there will be no retribution from the rest of the world. Expect sand to turn to glass.
