Oh, I disagree. Look at the timeline. Look also at the requirement to say how this will be fixed and when, or say why the could should believe anything they say.

And look at the timeline, again. Those dates are for January.

Then consider that the court is publishing the application, its order, and in that will be a description of what happened.
