I plan to eventually donate up to the federal limit as does my wife.
This “victory” for the Dems won’t even qualify as pyrrhic. The future will record it as a political suicide bombing in which the target emerges unscathed.
Clearly that is directly to the campaign. There is no limit on money to political action committees. Those can not coordinate with the campaign but they can still play a role by attacking Dems etc.
I suspect that this impeachment for the Dems is going to be the biggest case of “buyer’s remorse” in modern political history. It is going to haunt them for years.
The $2800 only applies to US individuals donating to Republicans. If you are a foreign government and have say between $1 million and $5 million petrodollars burning a hole in your pocket, the Clinton Foundation can help lighten the burden of all that cash.
FYI it's best to max out your direct donation to trump over any other PAC. After all several rhino PAC's spent the entire last election in 2016 attacking trump.
I would like to say that there was one political action group that I saw noticeably running ads and working for Trump before any other group, and if they didn't spend more for him, they sure as fuck got more for their money. And I can't remember what the pac was, but it's that bald, understated, really super calm guy that also worked for Reagan (I think) who is occasionally a commentator on Brett Baier back when I used to watch him in the Krauthammer days.
I just donated $1000 for DonaldjTrump.com

Enough is enough.
The site said it was $2800 per individual.
