I worked on Harry Brown’s campaign in 96 and 2000. I was very much a libertarian from an ideological stance. However, I have come over to Trump’s view, as the trade argument convinced me that free trade/open borders doesn’t work if every other country is not playing by the very rules they foist on us. As an ideology, I still maintain my libertarian streak, but until reality catches up, I’m a nationalist populist.
