Killing the sham impeachment quickly in the senate does nothing to absolve Graham of wrong doing if there's any dirt on him.
Yeah, I think this is the wrong way to look at it. The quicker the senate deals with this BS, the better. It gets out of the news, and it does not slow down the judge approval process.
If a supreme court seat were to be vacant, we would be better off with the senate free to confirm another justice than if they were pre-occupied with impeachment.
